1st place for Claire Huangci at the Concours Géza Anda 2018 in Zurich

At just 28, the US-American pianist has long since become an established member of her guild. Already awarded several times in the past, the classical pianist may add another honour to her trophy collection: On June 12, 2018 Claire Huangci was chosen the winner of the Concours Géza Anda 2018!

The competition, which has been in existence since 1979 and takes place every three years, is dedicated to promoting exceptional talent. The Géza Anda Foundation’s network supports the prizewinners in organising concerts in Europe, South America and Asia.

For Claire Huangci, who celebrated worldwide success with her album “A Chopin Diary” in 2017, this award represents another milestone in her career. We can’t wait to see what else the young pianist will surprise us with!
